John P. Kinsey
Mr. Kinsey joined Sagaser, Jones & Helsley in 2003, after practicing at a national law firm in San Francisco. Mr. Kinsey has also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Wallace A. Tashima, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Honorable Oliver W. Wanger, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of California. During his tenure at UCLA Law School, Mr. Kinsey served as a Managing Editor for the UCLA Law Review, and participated in the UCLA Tribal Legal Development Clinic, where he helped local tribal governments develop Constitutions.
