Patrick D. Toole

B.S., University of California, Davis, 1993; J.D., McGeorge School of Law, 1997; California Senate Fellow for Senator Quentin L. Kopp, 1993-1994; Mr. Toole is admitted to practice in all California courts including all Federal Districts and the Ninth Circuit. He also has been a member of the Fresno County Bar Association since 1997 and on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society from 1999-2003. Areas of specialization include all phases of insurance coverage, insurance bad faith litigation, environmental law, commercial litigation and employment law.
