Scott D. Laird

A.B., University of California, Los Angeles, 1994; J.D. Loyola Law School, 1997; American Jurisprudence Award in Ethics, Counseling and Negotiation; Mr. Laird specializes in all phases of insurance coverage, insurance bad faith litigation and business litigation.

Mr. Laird has successfully represented policyholders in all types of insurance claims including homeowners, auto, commercial auto, employment, agricultural, environmental, property, general liability, professional liability, directors and officers and workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Laird’s representation of policyholders and other business clients has covered all aspects of pre-litigation counseling and mediation, and litigation in state and federal courts throughout California including numerous binding arbitrations and trial.
