Timothy A. Bennett

Mr. Bennett joined Sagaser, Jones & Helsley in 2005 as a real estate specialist and now practices a broad range of business and regulatory matters, including real estate law, land use, title and escrow representation, and litigation. He is a 2006 graduate of San Joaquin Law School where he earned his J.D. While in school, he worked for a prominent Land Development firm specializing in the areas of land use entitlement, public representation, Williamson Act Contracts and complex Buy/Sell Agreements. Mr. Bennett earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1997.
