Timothy Jones

Mr. Jones graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1981 and the University of San Diego School of Law, cum laude, in 1985. He is a member of both the California and Washington Bars and is co-chair of the California State Bar Real Estate Litigation Sub-Section. Mr. Jones has practiced in the area of business litigation including land use, real property litigation, hazardous waste litigation and regulation, and CEQA litigation since 1985. Mr. Jones received the Civil Litigation California Lawyer of the Year Award for 2001.
