B.A., California State University, Fresno, Cum Laude, 1989; J.D., Concord Law School, With Honors, 2006.  Ms. Goodwin’s practice focuses on representing employers in employment litigation, and before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Labor Commissioner, the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and other state and local governmental agencies.  Ms. Goodwin’s practice also includes arbitrations, mediations, investigations, and advice and counsel in all employment and labor law matters.
